When you receive a lead from us, you only pay 20% of the sale and only if you make the sale!
Contractor will pay PC only if the Lead converts into a sale.
Contractor agrees to pay PC 20% of the total contract between the Contractor and the “Lead” Homeowner.
PC reserves the right to follow up with the Homeowner and ask for reviews on all Leads provided.
PC will give the Contractor a Homeowner name and phone number, and classify the Lead as Service, Repair, Install Only or Full Service. PC reserves the sole discretion to modify these categories as necessary.
PC will do everything possible to Identify the basic scope of work and equipment to be used for each Lead.
PC will try when possible to price condition the Lead with a range agreed upon by PC and the Contractor based on the scope of work that PC has Identified.
Contractor agrees that Homeowner information supplied by PC will only be used to solicit Service, Repair, Install Only or a Full Service agreements between Contractor and the “Lead” Homeowner. This information, (including but not limited to contact name, address, phone number, and e-mail addresses) will not be added to any database for uses other than what is explicitly allowed in this agreement.
Contractor has the right to refuse to quote work for any Lead, but must remain professional at all times when speaking with leads purchased or otherwise obtained from PC.
Preferred Contractor reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time and without notice. We'll try to give you notice when we make a material change to the Terms of Services
